Andrea Masiello, Co-President
Andrea has called Nutley home for nearly 20 years and is excited to serve as Co-President of the Radcliffe PTO, where this will be her 10th year as part of the Radcliffe community. Her son, Ben, is heading into 3rd grade, while her daughter, Alex, will be starting her freshman year at Nutley High School. Professionally, she has a diverse background spanning finance, marketing, program and project management, and business transformation, where she helps organizations navigate change, bring people and plans together, and turn ideas into action. She’s excited to bring her experience in organization, collaboration, and strong execution to build on the strengths of the PTO and help make an even greater impact for Radcliffe families. She loves the sense of community at Radcliffe and looks forward to working alongside our families, teachers, and school administration to foster and strengthen that community for our kids.
Josephine Tucci, Co-President
Josephine is excited to return to the Radcliffe PTO Executive Board as a Co-President. She brings a special perspective by being both a 2nd grade teacher and an active parent at Radcliffe School. Her two older children are taking on JHWMS together as little sister Gigi heads to 3rd grade! She hopes to better serve the school’s needs by assisting faculty, students, and families while promoting friendship, inclusion, and enrichment throughout our amazing community.
Sheri Israel-Duarte, Co-Vice President
Sheri is an experienced, returning PTO officer. Her son Julian is in 3rd grade this year, and her older son attends JHWMS as a 6th grader. She works as a Sr. Retail Operations Manager with The Vitamin Shoppe. Sheri is excited to help create meaningful, memorable experiences for Radcliffe students. Over the next two years, she looks forward to finding creative ways to invest in opportunities that benefit our children and strengthen our school community. She is also eager to be part of a community built on positivity, partnership, and participation, and she encourages parents to volunteer when they can, share ideas for improvement, and bring constructive feedback paired with solutions. Together, we can continue making Radcliffe a place where students, families, and staff thrive.
Emily Matlosz, Co-Vice President
Emily is the mom of two Radcliffe students: Julianne, who is in 3rd grade, and Trey, who is in 1st grade. She has called Nutley home since 2009 and grew up nearby in Montclair. Emily has worked in financial services in New York City for the past 20 years and is also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). When she’s not working or volunteering, Emily loves playing sports, cheering on her favorite teams, going to concerts, gardening, and spending time with friends and family. She is excited to be part of the PTO and looks forward to helping bring families together, supporting Radcliffe’s teachers and staff, and making the school experience fun and memorable for all Radcliffe students.
Annette Tolentino, Treasurer
Annette is excited to serve on the PTO Board and support the school community. She is the proud parent of three children, including her youngest, Grayson, who is entering 3rd grade. Annette is a CPA and works as an Attest and Assurance Director. She hopes to bring her experience in organization, collaboration, and financial planning to help support teachers, strengthen family engagement, build school spirit, and ensure PTO resources are used thoughtfully. She looks forward to working with families and staff to make the school year fun, inclusive, and successful.
Danielle Festa, Secretary
Danielle has been a Radcliffe parent for the last 5 years and will be around for many more to come! Her daughter Brenna is entering 4th grade this year. Her other daughters are Liliana, a recent Radcliffe graduate who is entering 7th grade at JHWMS, and Adelina, a future Radcliffe student who is 2 years old. Danielle works as a Middle School Library Media Specialist at Anthony Wayne Middle School in Wayne and hopes to leverage her 16 years of ELA, technology, and library teaching experience in her role as PTO Secretary. She looks forward to supporting all students and staff in crucial ways and ensuring PTO communications are clear, consistent, and accessible to everyone.
