A Message from Your PTO Co-Presidents

We're excited to start the school year together and to serve as your PTO Co-Presidents. Our team's focus will be to foster the warm sense of community that is special to Radcliffe School, advocate for our families and teachers, and raise funds to support the things that matter most to our community.

We'll be focused on three priorities during our term:

• Engage our community: We want more families at the table, and we want it to be easy to get there. That means welcoming new voices and ideas, making it simple to sign up and volunteer, and making our meetings and events something you actually want to come to. Your perspective helps us make better decisions, and we'd love to hear it.
• Advocate for the health and wellness of our school: Fundraising is part of what a PTO does, but so is paying attention. When something affects the well-being or everyday experience of our students, teachers, and staff, we'll ask about it, bring it to the people who can help, and stay with it. If there's something you think we should know, please tell us.
• Facilitate fun events and experiences: From assemblies and field trips to the traditions our families look forward to every year, we want to help create the moments our kids remember. We'll keep what's working, look for new ways to enrich the school day, and use what we raise where our students will feel it most.

There's a place for everyone in the PTO, and we hope you'll find the one that works for you. Whether you can give a lot of time, a little time, help at an event, share an idea, or simply show up and participate, it all makes a difference. Our team brings together educators and professionals from a range of industries, and that mix means we see our school through different lenses. We're excited to put those strengths to work, build on the great things already happening at Radcliffe, and make these next two years fun and meaningful for our kids and families!
